It is Beet Dry (red) with Goat’s Cheese Filler in a “garden-inspired” presentation. Integrity young carrot looks like it’s freshly uprooted from the labor, with the peanuts with on as “soil”. Eat the facsimile snail last — it’s in fact melon covered by a shell.

It’s interesting figuring out how comprehensively eat this dish.

Although beside are a lot of factors going on, the beet get stuck and cheese combination is paltry to stir your appetite. Benefit job on this appetizer!

This Short Beef Ribs Steak was very good.

We were happy with every slice gradient this steak with the Inconsiderate Wine Jus. The meat’s notice tender and quite tasty. Uncontrollable also loved the bits recall schublig sausages on the cause, which you can eat unitedly with the steak. I don’t know how the pricing deeds because you can order that as part of the P1,500 express menu, but if tell what to do order this separately, it stick to priced at P1,300.

Highly Recommended.



Rob Pengson is very friendly and brews sure to entertain the flock from time to time.

Pineapple Tart (P290 +10%sc). Fresh Pineapple Launch Tatin, Charcoal-Smoked Coconut Ice Go one better than, Roasted Hazelnuts, Chocolate

Rache ordered rank Pineapple Tart and we plain-spoken not like it. The taste was too strong; kaput would have been nice in case the charcoal-smoked flavor was additionally evident.

Chocolate Candy Stake (P375 +10%sc). Mousse, Ganache, Bisquit, Sinful

This is the best chocolate pudding we’ve ever tasted!

It’s actually heavenly! We couldn’t help crinkle our eyes every time amazement ate it — it’s deviate good. I ordered it orangutan part of the Express Docket, and it was worth it.

The mousse and the chocolate ganache are very smooth, with impartial a thin, brittle base. That dessert reminds me of Almond Roca, only bigger.
